What better than a Highside breakfast to start the day.

Breakfast is served in our lovely traditional dinning room from 8.15 to 9.00 am every morning. There is a buffet style selection to begin with, consisting of fruit juice, grapefruit, fresh fruit, muesli, yoghurts, fruit salad and a huge choice of cereals.

This is followed by a traditional cooked breakfast, or you can choose an alternative from the menu, scrambled eggs, bacon sandwich, etc, which is washed down with lashings of either tea or coffee and toast and preserves (a selection of tea and coffees are available).

Where ever possible all breakfast ingredients are locally sourced, not only to Cumbria but the immediate surroundings farms, such as Bacon, Sausage (which is gluten free) and Eggs. All special diets can be catered for.

One thing you can be assured is that you will not set off on your day off without a good breakfast to keep you going!
